Reservations and Cancellations
Policies
Holidays
December 25 – January 1 reservations require a 4 night minimum for
cabins; these reservations require a 50% deposit payable 30 days prior
to check-in date.
Deposits
Reservations made in advance for a number of days require a 50% deposit in
advance, payable by check or credit card.
Cancellations
When you make a reservation, you are asking us to turn down other
people for those dates. If you should have to cancel or changes your
reservation dates, we may not be able to rebook your accommodation,
therefore, we must enforce the below cancellation policy.
ALL cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee.
There will be NO refunds for no shows or early checkouts.
Prime Season reservations have a 30-day cancellation policy.
Season and Off Season cancellations have a 14-day cancellation policy.
You are responsible for all reservations if cancellation is made after
the cancellation date unless we are able to re-rent your accommodations.
Groups
Please contact us for information relative to group reservations.
Pets
Pets are welcome in selected rooms/cabins at a charge of $5 per night
per pet. Pets left alone in your cabin/room must be crated and must be
on a leash when taken for a walk. Owners must disclose when making a
reservation they will be bringing a pet. Owners are responsible for
cleaning up after the pet when taken for walks and disposing of waste
appropriately.
Discounts
AAA members receive a $6 per night discount; must present active
membership card. Seniors and Active Military receive a $5 per night discount;
must show proof of ID.
