Reservations and Cancellations Policies
Holidays
Christmas and New Year holiday reservations are 4 night minimums. Other holidays have 3-4 night minimums. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's reservations require one nights deposit in payment by check, money order, or cash 30 days prior to check in date.
Holiday and spring break reservations have a 30 day cancellation policy.
Pets
Pets are welcome in selected rooms/cabins at a charge of $7 per night per pet. They cannot be left alone in your cabin/room and must be on a leash when taken for a walk.
Owners must disclose when making a reservation they will be bringing a
pet. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after the pet when
taken for walks and disposing of waste appropriately.
Cancellations
When you make a reservation, you are asking us to turn down other people
for those dates. If you should have to cancel or changes
your reservation dates, we may not be able to rebook your
accommodation, therefore, we must enforce the below cancellation policy.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee.
Cancellations must be made no less than 14 days prior to arrival,
or we will charge full price if not re-rented. The property makes no
refunds for no shows or early checkouts.

our cancellation policy.

Credit Card Accepted: Master Card and Visa.
No refunds are offered for early departure.
