Reservations

Must be 25 years or older to make reservation.

Deposits

50% deposit required at time of reservation + service fee and tax charges. Balance due at check-in. 

Cancellations

A 14-day notification of cancellation prior to 1st day of reservation is required for return of full deposit paid. Service fees and taxes paid are non-refundable. 

A 7-day notification of cancellation prior to 1st day of reservation is required for return of 50% of deposit paid. Service fees and taxes paid are non-refundable.

 

If no notification of cancellation is received and party does not check in on 1st day of reservation, remaining balance due for reservation + taxes will be billed to party’s credit card.

 

No refunds for early departures.

Discounts

Serving: Military, Police, EMS and Fire Rescue receive a 5% discount on cabins and lodge rooms; must present active membership card and or show proof of ID.  

Methods of Payment and Refunds

Credit Cards Accepted:  Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express.

We accept cash payments, but must have a valid credit card number on file. Checks are not accepted.

Tax

Tax of 7.5% is in addition to the rental rates.

Please contact us for group discount information.

Arrivals and Departures

Check in time: 4 PM – 7 PM

Check out time: 11 AM

Please call ahead to make arrangements for early or late arrival.

Telephones

We do not have any phones on the cabins and lodge rooms.

Pets

Pets (under 30 pounds) are welcome in selected rooms/cabins at a charge of $20 per night per pet. Limit of 2 pets per cabin/room. Pets left alone in your cabin/room must be crated and must be on a leash when taken for a walk. Owners must disclose when making a reservation they will be bringing a pet. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after the pet when taken for walks and disposing of waste appropriately. Pet “accidents” in your cabin/room will result in a $35 cleaning fee charged to your credit card.

Returned Items

If you leave an item behind, please let us know, and we will be happy to return the item to you via the US Postal Service. The postage amount plus a $5 handling fee will be charged to your credit card.

Smoking

There is NO smoking of any substance in the rooms, cabins, office, rec room, guest laundry, or vending room.  Smoking receptacles are available outside for your convenience.  We do not permit the use of marijuana (products of any kind), cannabis (products of any kind) or illegal drugs anywhere on our property.  Violators will be fined a $250 fee. 

Damages

We expect our guests to take good care of our facilities while they are here. Any damages will be charged to party’s credit card (Documented by photographs)
