Check-in is 24/7 starting at 3pm on the day of your reservation. Your room will be available on the day you reserve it starting at 3pm and check-in is any time there after including evenings and middle of the night. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in. All occupants MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR AT TIME OF BOOKING including number of adults and number of children. Any occupants unaccounted for at time of booking will be charged for additionally at $25 per person per night within 7 days of check-out.

Minimum Stay & Discounts
Cabins require a minimum of a 2 night stay. Lodge Rooms & RV Sites are a 1 night minimum.
A 10% discount is available for 7 nights or longer in any of our rooms, cabins or RV sites.
There is a 10% discount on all reservations that are reserved by the customer as the non-refundable option.
We offer an active duty military a 10% discount. Military ID required at physical check-in to gain discount.

RV Park Monthly Rates
RV Park offers monthly rates as well. $750 for 30AMP & $795 FOR 50AMP (NON-NEGOTIABLE). Our Campsites and prices include Electric, Water, Sewer, & Trash! RV guests have access to a full bathroom with walk-in shower, Rec room with full kitchen, and hot tub, and coin-operated laundry facilities.(Free Recreational Room use is subject to paid for reservation time slots by groups for parties and get togethers)

No later than 11:00 AM. Late check outs may be requested; additional fee may apply depending on time requested. Late checkouts are not guaranteed.

Number of Occupants, Children & Beds
Maximum occupancy is set per Cabin & Room sizes. Each type of lodging is different. King & Queen Lodge Room rates are priced at 2 Adults. Additional adults over 2 per room will be charged $25 per adult. Additional adults are $25 per person per night for Cabins as well. Additional children over the set amount are $15 per child (13 or under) per night over and above the maximum occupancy set for each individual unit.

Child policies
Children of all ages are welcome. To see correct prices and occupancy info, add the number and ages of children & adults in your group to your search. Infants are no additional charge.

Crib and extra bed policies
Cribs and extra beds aren't available at this property. Occupants may be allowed additional blow-up mattress upon written request prior to reservation. 

Age restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 18 unless accompanied by an Adult 18 or over.

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside any facility or room but is allowed outside in designated areas.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed at $20 per pet per night charge. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Please email us with breed & size specific approval as any aggressive breed or animal over 25lbs. MUST RECEIVE WRITTEN APPROVAL. More than 1 pet per room must be approved in writing. Pets must be on leash when in common areas or outside and must be kenneled when left alone in a room. Significant damage and cleaning charges can/will apply per incident. Unsafe Pets who are threatening will be cause for immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the property. All guest must be afforded a safe environment at all times.


Guests are required to clean up behind themselves when using any of our facilities. Hot tub towels must be placed in hampers and trash in designated trash bins or dumpsters. Left over food MUST be placed in the large burgundy dumpsters, not in trash bins due to wild animals including Bears & Mountain Lions. Guests must wash their own dishes used in the Recreational Room & Cabins. Soiled or stained sheets and towels may receive an additional charge for replacement. Cleaning charges may apply for messes left in public areas by guests. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE INCIDENTALS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CHECK-OUT. CHARGES WILL BE ACCOMPANIED  BY EMAILED INVOICES TO GUEST.


Loud music and parties will not be tolerated and intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated at Ute Bluff Lodge. This is a family friendly environment and each and every guest is allowed a safe vacation environment to enjoy ALL of our facilities. Guests who do not comply will be removed from the property and charged for their entire stay and all incidentals. Law enforcement will be involved if necessary. Thank you for making Ute Bluff Lodge a place of lasting memories full of family, friends, and fun!

Payment Policy

50% is due at time of booking and is non-refundable within 13 days of check-in date. The remaining 50% is due no later than your check-in date and will be automatically billed the morning of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refunds are given 14 days prior to cancellation. 13 day cancellations or less are NON-REFUNDABLE.

No shows are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged the FULL RESERVATION CHARGE.
